Experience
As a native French speaker, I have completed most of my secondary language in a French school. Now, I would love to share my knowledge of the language or la langue de Moliere. I am so passionate about foreign languages that I earned degrees in Spanish and Haitian Creole. I have previous experience as a tutor and currently I am an adjunct teacher. These experiences have led me to realize that I love teaching. I had to learn how to speak a new language, the English language at just fifteen years old, so I know the challenges students face. I also know how rewarding it is to learn to have a whole conversation in a language you just learned. I strive to make sure that my pupils have confidence in their language skills. When I am making my lesson plans, I strive to find a healthy balance between vocabulary and grammar. I also focus on practical uses and I believe that you must use learning styles that are tailored to the learning needs of each student. When I am not tutoring or teaching, I enjoy traveling, reading, and painting.
